She is a graduate of the University of Opole. She has over 20 years of experience in the banking business, including managing of corporate centre area of Bank PKO BP SA. She held the position of Sales Director at Corporate Centre in BOŚ Bank S.A. During her career, she successfully managed many projects with the value exceeding 700 mln PLN (in food, industry and development sector).

Joanna Czapla has an experience in financing companies, investment projects and financial sources optimization. She is an expert with a high level of work ethics who puts the quality of customer service as her priority.
